joy in…{Lil Blue Boo} - Ashley Ann Campbell

joy in…{Lil Blue Boo}

It has been a few weeks since I first read the blog post…a young mom to a beautiful little girl…a fellow blogger…creative genius….cancer.

Many of you read the blog Lil Blue Boo, written by Ashley. Just recently Ashley found out she had a molar pregnancy that lead to cancerous cells in her body. It also led to an unexpected and emergency hysterectomy. I can’t imagine. Ashley has been a picture of beauty, grace and strength as she has shared this journey on her blog. She’s been vulnerable as she shares the reality of surgery, scars, healing, chemo, and surviving when the odds say she should not have. She’s shared in hopes that her story will help someone else.

You can read more about Ashley’s journey by clicking here.

Ashley has a wildly popular blog and while she is tackling chemo, recovering and being encouraged to take things slow, some of us are honored to be able to guest post in her absence. All the guest posters are sharing on the same topic: how we find joy in blogging and/or crafting.

You can read my guest post, by clicking here.

And just because it feels wrong to post without a picture, here is one before his soccer game.

She has her own sense of style…kind of like his hair.
