ugh. well that wasn’t fun. but I’m back.

I definitely don’t blog as regularly as I once did. Nonetheless, it was incredibly weird to have my account suspended and have no access to not only this blog, but the SnapShop Online site and my email over the last several days.

It felt like someone I didn’t know just showed up to the business I built for 12 years and locked the doors, refusing to let me in or effectively communicate what was going on. Thankfully, Chris stepped in and put countless hours into customer service phone calls. He is incredible at working in difficult circumstances. I’m incredibly grateful.

If you have tried getting on the SnapShop website in the last month you might have noticed really slow loading times. This has been an ongoing issue we have tried to remedy with our hosting company.

We have been having server issues with our hosting company and on Friday they shut our site and email down due to a potential Malware attack.  We lost all previous emails and email access over the weekend and we have had no access to the site or email until this morning.  We have attempted to communicate via our social media channels.

We are hoping to have a new SnapShop site up and going by the end of the day CST at www.SnapShopOnline.com.  We are waiting for the site to load (propagate) across the worldwide web and then we should be back up and running. For some, it is already loading. For others it hasn’t quite got there.

If you are a SnapShop student, please go ahead and update your bookmarks with the new address. The old one will soon redirect to the new site. Thank you for your patience and understanding – we so appreciate it!

Chances are you didn’t notice the blog was down, but in case you did…welcome back!

Lastly, this blog is still loading VERY slow. We are still working on getting that fixed. Technology – so fun and yet so very not fun! You can always find me on instagram at:
