Smiling cupcakes & cute food {Art For Kids Hub}

Our kitchen table is full of smiling cupcakes, folding ice cream cones, and just really, really cute food. Recently my youngest came across Art For Kids Hub (AFKH) – and was hooked immediately. Lately if she isn’t working on origami, she is watching AFKH tutorials and filling out kitchen with drawings.

She has always been drawn to cartoons – graphic novels – anything that puts a face on an inanimate object. Aside from making all kinds of cute drawings for us and friends, she is learning a ton of foundational art lessons. It makes me smile so big watching her immerse herself in her creations.

Also – let me take a minute to note my youngest child is old enough to responsibly use a Sharpie at our kitchen table. Wow…my kids are getting old!

I am in no way associated with Art For Kids Hub – simply sharing with you something my daughter found that she loves. On the website there are several options for viewing lessons and options for membership for more content. So far she has only been using the free lessons, but I have a feeling we might be setting her up with a membership soon.

Valentine’s is this week and she has been working on individual cards for all her friends using the skills she’s learned – pretty sure they will be the cutest cards ever!
