Mother + Daughter + Father Be Crafty

The Mother + Daughter BeCrafty took place this weekend.  My oldest daughter joined Amanda Rydell and I as a hostess. She got a little shy during the first session, but found her groove by the second session. She told me it was ‘probably her most fun day. Probably ever.’ I wish I had a video of her helping me teach a couple crafts. It was all so blurry for me, it would be fun to look back and watch it now.

My friend Jessie of Jessie Leigh Photography captured the event. I’ll do a full re-cap once I have her pictures. For the time being she sent me this one….you can tell my daughter was totally in her crafty hostess element.

When Amanda was planning her trip, I joked that she should stay an extra day to help me tile my kitchen. Turns out she was wanting to learn to use a tile cutter. My dad showed her the ropes and we put her to work. Father + Daughter Be Crafty.
