I took this photo series in December. Last week she got a new short little bob haircut. She’d been asking for a few months for short hair. I delayed, waiting to see if she would change her mind. She stayed the course. As the stylist cut and hair fell to the ground, my girl just giggled. She giggled the whole way through the haircut. With a big, sweet grin she said, “I told you it would look beautiful.” And it does. It fits her, just like her wild spinning hair.
