their biggest cheerleader

It is basketball season around here. Two boys chose to play, one opted out this season. The girls really aren’t all that interested in the games, but every now and then FireCracker gets caught up in the action. She’s pretty cute on the sidelines. She also picked out this outfit because she wanted “to sparkle” at the games.

If she can sneak her way to wherever her brothers and their friends are sitting, that is where we’ll find her. She is a spunky little thing with three big brothers. While she is incredibly girly (hence the outfit) she is so rough and tumble too. She really likes hanging out with her brothers when they have friends over to the house. When I was in high school, my girlfriends and I liked to hang out at the house that had the big brother and his friends. I’m glad that is going to be my house! And I’m glad the girls have three protective big brothers!

She’s planning on playing flag football in the fall (when she’s old enough). She’ll be on a team with her brother and his friends…the nickname “FireCracker” sure suits her.
