she’s a poser

If you’ve ever wondered why I take so many pictures of my daughter in comparison to her brothers…the answer is easy, she asks to have her picture taken. The girl loves to pose for me. It is quite baffling after having the boys. If they pose for a picture it is usually in some kind of attack position. I figure while she likes having her picture taken, I’ll take as many as I can. I’m guessing she’ll hit an age where she’ll shy away, but for now she cracks me up with her photo requests.

These were all taken in my bedroom in front of two windows. I used my 50mm f/1.4 lens (I do recommend the f/1.8 though). The settings were ISO 400, 1/125, f/3.2. You can find all my camera equipment info on my FAQ page. Her headband is c/o Snugars…

While she was posing her big brother came in the room. I asked him if he wanted a picture with his sister. He usually says “no”. I always try, just in case he agrees. He did agree this time. I am so glad I tried.

These could be my favorite pictures of the two of them together to date.

Oh my goodness…..this makes me happy. They make me happy.

So, I am off to Craft Weekend again! I’m going to crash Meg’s party for as long as I can!
