my second favorite kind of bedtime - Ashley Ann Campbell

my second favorite kind of bedtime

I love weekend afternoons when everyone is doing their own thing and then slowly we all end up together. On this day it was my bed. The room is so much brighter and happier now. I find that we are all spending more time there. My camera was nearby with my 24-70mm lens. I shot all the photos below while sitting on my bed with that lens. I’m sharing the settings below including focal length. Focal length is the number that comes before the “mm”. So with a zoom lens that goes from 24mm to 70mm….the focal length can be anywhere in between those numbers. When it is closer to 24mm it is a wider angle. As it increases towards 70mm it becomes more ‘close up’.

It didn’t last long before her brothers got up. But she relished her victory.

I could handle more afternoons like this.
