DIY {decoupage scrap paper bowl}

This is basically the same project as the fabric bowl I posted a bit back.

Take a bowl…add fabric scraps…glue with Mod Podge…top coats with Mod Podge…wet sand to make it smooth….

Enjoy the beautiful fall weather with your napping daughter.
