Little Dresses for Africa {some ways to help}

I like to think of myself as someone who doesn’t start a new project until finishing the one I am on. A few days ago my hubby gave me a reality check and made me realize that I am so far from that person…however I do always finish my projects. I just choose to have several going at once. We recently had someone stop by the house and they noticed a few of my projects going on (like a 2ft section of new paint in the kitchen), Chris responded, “Ashley is always in a constant state of motion.” Hmmmm. I don’t think of myself like that, but I guess I kind of am. Well one project I have in the works right now is with Little Dresses for Africa. I won’t share details yet…

As I am working on it I wanted to throw out a few things to you…

1. If you have made any dresses for the organization and have pictures, send me an email.

2. If you are a graphic designer and would be interested in donating your time to design a few simple print pieces, send me an email

3. If you don’t have time to make dresses, there are other supply items you can donate to the organization. For instance, there is a need for gallon zip loc bags to package the dresses in. This was also an item on my son’s school supply list. We bought some for him and some for Little Dresses for Africa. A great teaching moment…you can visit their website for more information.

A few things you can donate….

Totally unrelated…a headband picture for all you bow-lovin’ blog followers…no I didn’t make it. She has already gained 2 lbs – mostly in her cheeks.
