If you are new to my blog, this is a great place to start reading. It is just a random collection of some of my favorite posts and posts other readers have enjoyed. The posts are listed with the most recent at the top and the oldest at the bottom.

  • Kari Signe - I really like the new layout for the favorites and how the post shows up when you mouse over the photo. Very well done!

  • Emily Peck - Yes, I agree with Kari – the layout and hover text is AMAZING. Do you have a web person who helps with this?! It’s awesome!

  • AshleyAnn - Emily, it is part of my ProPhoto blog template..super easy to do.

  • Hannah - Ashley, I have pro photo and can’t figure out what tool to use to get this look to work. Is it lightbox galleries? Would you mind pointing me in the right direction?

  • Tonya - The post that led me to your blog, and made me a daily reader is “Filling my home with the unseen”. When I read it, the images of your family are often replaced with snapshots in my head of my own children. I pray that my children will grow up and think of our home/family as a place of comfort, laughter, love, protection, and (my favorite) faith. Thanks for sharing your talents with us :)

  • Claire - Ashley,
I am a mom 3 – 2 boys and a girl – and I came across your blog when I googled ‘hip spica cast – 2 year old.’I am amazed by you!!!!!!!

Your family is beautiful and your photos are so moving. My 2 year old daughter broke her femur and is in a hip spica and it’s been such a challenge. Your advice has helped me so, so much.

Just wanted you to know that your blog made my life easier today – your daughter even looks a bit like mine (same hair for sure!)

Keep up the fantastic work. And thank you :)

    Claire

  • Brandy Romine - Hi Ashley! My name is Brandy and I heard about your blog from a friend Ashley Kelley (Reichel). We were at a wedding the other night and she was telling me to check out your blog. My husband and I are in the process of adopting a child from South Korea and are using Dillon International (in Oklahoma). I literally could not take my eyes off of your blog and wanted you to know how inspirational it is. I love how you shared your story about adoption with your family and friends. So many people know we are adopting and that it is a long process, but they do not know all of the details and steps we are going through to adopt. I too enjoy writing and so does my husband, so we have decided to write our own blog for our family and friends! Thank you for the inspiration!
