The Fullingims {newborn & family}

These are our dear friends…who we have been missing since they moved out of state! It was so GOOD to see them and to snap of few of their growing family. When we first met they had just gotten married and my Corbett was just a newborn - here we are 6 kids later!

Their newest addition at 1 month:

Jeff & Tabby {engagement session}

The rain held off and we were able to tromp around downtown a bit for Jeff & Tabby’s engagement pics. Their wedding will be the first of just a few weddings I will be shooting next year. After spending a little time watching them interact - I am pumped about the wedding. You can tell by the pictures that they know how to have a good time together. Congrats guys!

Shane & Christi {engagement session…proposal}

I was thrilled and honored that Shane invited me along as he planned to propose to Christi. Halfway through the session he asked her to be his wife. It was BEAUTIFUL - oh yes, I was crying. It is clearly evident that they are crazy about each other. I wanted to get the proposal pics up so they could share with friends. I will post the rest of their session next week. Some of you might recognize his twin brother from a previous session. Congratulations Shane & Christi!

Jen {maternity session}

So my regular readers are noticing an influx of posts today…I have one I wanted to post tonight, so I am trying to get the others one up. I still have several for next week, but check back soon for a fun proposal!

No Post Tomorrow

I am not sure how she convinced me to do a maternity session, but I am glad she did. I have always avoided or turned down these sessions. I know how picky brides are about themselves when they look incredible, so I’ve generally avoided photographing moms-to-be. The hardest part of this session was working to make sure she looked pregnant (she’s about 7 months along) - can you believe how incredibly beautiful she is?! Jenn, thanks for making my first maternity session a great experience.

I’ve always seen maternity session with all kinds of things on or wrapped around the tummy…some cute, some not so cute. We opted for shoes….but laying on the ground among leaves instead of a cush studio floor. Thanks for being so willing Jenn!

The Williams

I have had the opportunity to photograph their youngest a couple of times, but this is the first family session we did. I hope you can tell through these pictures what a great family they are - with 3 pretty cool kids….

This version of the three of them is so familiar to me….I can’t count how many pictures I have of my oldest being a great big brother holding the youngest - while the middle child is sprawled out next to them.

Aiden {16 months}

Wow….I have photographed this guy every 3 months since he was just a couple of weeks old! It was so fun to watch him run around and talk. Every stage of childhood has such unique and fun aspects, it has been great to watch him grow through many of those stages….

Blowing me a kiss…

The Gambills

I feel like I should have pitched a tent at Woodward Park over the weekend…me and the 500 other photographers out there. It was BEAUTIFUL and I think everyone in Tulsa was having family pics made. I got to meet several blog readers over the weekend which was fun, but always a little weird - weird as in surprising that people other than my 10 friends read this….you guys should leave me some comments!

It has been almost a year since I last had the opportunity to photograph this little guy…he is so handsome. If you have been to my link page (which you should check out), you see a link to LoliBaby. This mom is the talent behind all that cute stuff. Onto the session, once I got him playing in the leaves he took to me pretty fast….

We were trying to get him to stand between his parents, but he had other plans. I thought these “outtakes” were pretty cute…

I couldn’t help laughing as I looked at these…I wish I had some like this of Chris and I…you guys are so great!

A more serious one….

The Lopez Family {family session}

There are several families I would love to just be a fly on the wall in their home…this is one. Their kids are always so polite, friendly and fun - you just know being around them that they are a tight family. My boys love these girls…and Everett seemed to take to their son! Denise is the Women’s Minister at my church…you should check out her blog. If you join us at The Christmas Gathering (yesterday’s post) you can hear Denise - she’s hilarious (and I know she is so thrilled with me for posting that :) ) Well onto the pictures…I did a lot more processing on the first one, not usually my style but I really liked how it looked on this one.

She has a cute idea for her home and needed a picture of the kid’s feet…

The Snyders {family session}

On my way home from this session Chris called and asked me how it went. I told him I felt like I just cheated on something. You see 95% of my clients are age 3 and under…which means I am very used to crying, throwing, running, eating, lots of breaks. I almost wasn’t sure what to do with these girls…it was a lot of fun and the whole family looks like Gap models. It felt like cheating….

Ty {and his siblings…and friends…}

Well I know a lot of you local gals are anxious to see baby Ty so I wanted to get this post up. His siblings and friends are too cute to leave out of the post….
