But his life is so much better this way. What I accepted, versus the world, were two different things. Not to mention speech, ear problems, etc.
Marlene - Dear Ashley ann,
I having been reading your blog now for about three months. I cannot remember how I got there but I am so very glad I did. I have just spent 3 hours reading and crying. Oh my I am soo very happy for you and I am scared for little one to. I will be praying for you and your family and especially for little one.
I live in St. Leon, Manitoba, Canada. I am 64 years old and very
happily married now. I too adopted a baby so know from where you come on so many levels. My daughter was not chinese. She was native. Enough said right now.
Just know I will be praying very hard.
Love always
Marlene
Jessica - I just found your site today… I know, I’m a bit behind the times. It’s lovely! I’m so glad you warned readers to grab a box of kleenex before jumping into the adoption story. My little boy (19 months) is napping and I have been sucked in by your words, your story and your love for your beautiful children. So so perfect.
