Stephanie - love the pictures! I wanted to tell you that I really enjoy your blog. I read one of your previous entries and wanted to say that I too am a big fan of Katie Daisy and have been inspired as well. I think I could pick her art out of a line up any day of the week. And yours looks totally different. I get the similarity (that you used the ampersand) but it’s really not copyrighted-haha! I feel like my style has been heavily influenced by other artists and the more I study their art I see that their art has been inspired as well. I used to feel like I wasn’t creative because if a little part of my art was too much like some one else’s I felt like a fraud. I’ve learned that there isn’t anything new under the sun and the way that we are able to glean so much from each other as artists is only making the creative ocean so much deeper. I guess my point is, you can sleep in peace–you definitely have got your own style and have been so generous to share your art secrets with others. I actually met a friend of yours a couple summers ago at family camp and she told me about the class you taught to moms on how to take great pictures with their own cameras–totally wish I lived closer to be able to participate in that. Thanks for sharing and inspiring! Steph
