around the house

First, let me say Happy Birthday to my mom…one Nana that can take on her grandsons in the leaves…

This has been the norm in my house for many years…(just fyi wrestling is more fun if you pull your shirt over your head too)

And now we have this cute little thing in the house…I kind of have a feeling she’s going to hold her own in the wrestling matches.

She’s got the best cheeks and rolls for kissing….oh I love them!

(Thank you Chris for agreeing to tear out carpet and put in painted wood floors…whenever you are ready to do it to the rest of the upstairs let me know!)1109floor-021109floor-031109floor-04

Basically the most impossible thing in my life right now is getting a picture of her smiling and looking at the camera. She smiles AT ME all the time, but not so much when I put a camera in front of my face…1109floor-05

On a random note…I got our 2009 Christmas ornament in the mail from Lisa Leonard. I love everything about it and it turned out better than I hoped. I wasn’t sure if she’d be able to fit all that I wanted on it, but she did.1109floor-06

I will share pics of it later…when we first got married I had the great idea of making a special ornament each year and for each kid. That last until our second son was 6 months old…haven’t made one since.
