What were you doing 8 years ago?
8 years ago today I celebrated my grandpa’s birthday. He is a master woodsman, Littlest brother shares his middle name and he sure loves my grandma…

Today is also pretty special for another reason…

Yesterday no one guessed what I have up my sleeve..though making a quilt is a good guess. I have been buying fabric to attempt one – in all my non-existent spare time. There is another clue today…

Ken - Oh yes I remember that day 8 years ago. I’ve had so many birthday anniversaries but this one I’ll allways remember, not because of my birthday, but because of what else took place. Happy anniversay, Chris and Ashley. You two have been a great blessing to us. And thanks for the great grandkids-if I start writing about them, I’ll run out of space.
Tara - Congrats. A swing hanging from your sycamore tree.

Cheers!
AshleyAnn - First my grandpa (Ken) comments on my blog, then my bridesmaid Rachel writes ‘pitting out’ in her comment. What a day for blog comments!
